The top of this page contains a statement made by Ms. Claudia O’Keefe . This paragraph is part of the CASE MANAGEMENT STATEMENT provided to the Ventura County Court by Claudia O'Keefe filed on March 06 2008 .

Note the statement on the third line by Claudia which reads , " They have neither received , BEEN OFFERED , nor asked for monies from the Thomas family ." Claudia must have wrote this as there is not an attorneys signature attached . 

Now read the paragraph below it . This is a statement made under oath by her life partner Diane during her deposition which was taken just minutes apart from Claudia O'Keefe's deposition in 2004. 

I stand strong in saying that Claudia is incapable of telling the truth . Further more it is our opinion that Claudia and her life partner did except money to lie under oath . We believe this is how she financed her education , at the pain of others .
You have to ask yourself , why would a person lie in court . Usually it is one of two reasons . To hide their guilt or for self gain . 

If in fact Claudia and her partner excepted money to commit the many acts of purjury which they did commit then not only are they guilty of the perjury they have committed but also the crimes of takeing part in the interstate case of fraud .For as both Claudia and her partner stated the conspirators who offered the money had traveled from California to Virginia . When Claudia , her partner and these conspirators all met to commit a crime , at that point the crimes committed by all the conspirators involved now became FEDERIAL CRIMES . 

 The lines blackened contain an extremely famous name . This name will remain blacked out until such time as deemed necessary to reveil . However if one has enough cureosity then one can find out anything , or just ask me . Ask yourself this . Why would anybody offer to pay someone good money to keep something out of the tabloids that isn't true ?  My money say's because it is true and certian people must keep this from the public....... at any cost .
