Before you get started in reading this next section I must say this.

There were three factors why I chose to remain silent all my life . I like to think I gave my life for the children who have benefited from the hospital which this man helped to create . My own son has suffered tremendously throughout most of his life with a serious illness . He shares the same sadness and pains as the children of this hospital do . Many of the people who have read this information stated to me they would never again send donations to this hospital . After explaining these children did nothing and still need their support they continued to give . So I ask you , please continue to give and help these children

the same children I gave my life to help .

Every person , not just a percentage , but all who have read the complete details of this case have expressed to me their dismay and disgust for the people I am now listing . Claudia and Diane certainly fit into the foregoing category however it is those who sought them out and assisted in the fabrication of all erroneous statements who have shocked my readers .

SO TO THE QUESTION I ASKED EARLIER .  WHY WOULD ANY INTELLIGENT PERSON OFFER GOOD MONEY TO KEEP SOMETHING FROM THE TABLOIDS ?

If your reputation as being a person who considers oneself above all others while below oneself are nothing but commoners and there's a possibility that one could have a commoner bastard for a half brother ,,,,,, well then you might have a reason .

And why would someone go through all the extensive , secret efforts to send private investigators across the country to locate my mother who had been living in the backwoods of the Blue Ridge Mountains with the soul intent of obtaining a written statement to refute my manuscript ?
This being the same manuscript I wrote which my attorney had sent directly along with the letter to Mr. Anthony Thomas in 1999 .

Once a letter refuting my manuscript had finally been drafted through the collaborated efforts of many and secured , the Thomas's attorney , with the permission of the Thomas family I presume , another letter was drafted and sent out to the award winning producer who had signed on to produce the movie based on the manuscript . This letter was designed to cast much doubt on my manuscript stateing my mother had wrote a letter refuting all of what I had wrote .

The letter I speak of above , the one the Thomas family had collaberated with my mother on , the letter designed to refute my manuscript is the same letter which I have now legally proven to be fallible and designed to commit fraud .

It was extremely necessary for the Thomas's to cast a great amount of doubt on my manuscript which talks the reader through my life , a life which looked at the great Thomas family much differently then anyone else ever could . A lonely child given away to the state at 14 and with nobody there for him .

If it is true and this man is my father and my existence had come out in 1960 then it is possible many of the television stars we grew up with might never have become the talented stars they had become . Hiding me was necessary for the entire television entertainment business .
Danny Thomas had been the catalyst hired by ABC in 1953 to produce some of the very first television shows . There is a four part PBS special I saw recently titled " The Pioneers of Television ". There are very few people talked about in this series with only three people discussed on each of the four parts .

Danny Thomas is described in the segment on him as a legend and being the revolutionary person responsible for bringing us the sitcom . In 1960 The ABC broadcasting company with their strict political and strong moral beliefs in my opinion never would have continued with Danny Thomas if it became pubilcly known he had a bastard son especially while being married to a different woman then the one who gave birth to his son . I had to be hidden , if my existance had been known at that time America might not have ever seen a sitcom .

Names such as Andy Griffith , Don Knots , Dick Van Dyke and his brother Jerry , Marry Tyler Moore , Jim Nabors , Marlo Thomas and Billy Crystal are just to name a few .

The shows we knew might never have been watched such as The Andy Griffith Show and all it's spin offs , The Dick Van Dyke Show and all of it's spin offs such as The Mary Tyler Moor Show and Rhoda . That Girl and The Mod Squad , a show credited in changing the way people perceived one another and contributed to change in culture barriers in the states .

Above are just some of the shows he was responsible for .

Now as for my witness Anthony Thomas , here are some of the shows he has created as part of the Witt Thomas Harris production company , Soap , which as far as I'm concerned is one of the funniest shows ever made , The Golden Girls and Benson .

My other wittness Marlo Thomas , That girl , Free to be me and you and some other stuff .

The following pages were taken from two books . The first set of pages are from a book written by Desmond Atholl . Mr . Atholl had served for three years as the personal valet for Marlo Thomas . Many see her as timid and cute however her valet saw a side , we , the commoners never saw .
At the end of the last page is a quote made by Marlo Thomas .

By reading this quote any intelligent person will understand there are two side to this women . If she couldn't get what she wanted by paying someone off then she is quick to turn to what in my opinion is that of a person with a criminal element . Read that particular paragraph for yourself and see what your personal opinion becomes .

It is my understanding Desmond Atholl met his demise shortly after completeing this book about Marlo Thomas ( That girl and Phil ). You'll read on the last paragraph of the Marlo Thomas pages where she talks about killing someone if they ever wrote a book about her .

Question , If Marlo Thomas is so easy to speak of committing criminal acts so heinous as murder over the writing of a book then what do you think she is capable of doing to protect her public image and that of her family name ?

When you read this quote of hers ask yourself this . Why wouldn't she say something like , I would have an attorney take care of it . No , the first thing which blurted out of her mouth were criminal acts . A person who thinks nothing of others would retort in the fashion Miss. Thomas had . This type of personality will accomplish what ever is deemed necessary to sooth the self absorption of one .

I know my mother had been paid $5,000 by Danny Thomas to sequester me in 1960 , I just wonder how much she was paid this time in 1999 to sell out me and my two sons .
Marlo Thomas paid over 1 million dollars to move her tennis court across her property so she couldn't see it from the house as it is not fashionable for one to see their tennis court from the house .

If she was willing to pay one million dollars to look fashionable then how much do you think she would pay others to preserve her image from being related to a bastard half brother who's a commoner ?

The second set of pages are from the the book Make Room For Danny and allows the reader of this book an insight to the mind of the man I am relating too you .

Now if you need to understand the true character of Danny Thomas just watch the last 30 seconds of Sahra Silverman , Jesus is magic . You can see this on You tube . Or just Google the words Danny Thomas glass table . I must warn you , this is very disturbing and not something I have ever wanted to say .
Personally I am disgusted by this but if his sexual habits are so well known then maybe there's something to what is said .

However , either a person can go around with blinders on and pretend this man was second to God or one can look at all the information about this person and then decide .

As the world has seen over the past decade or so Catholics have had a hard time with scandals . Many well respected evangelical personalities have had many problems as well . What do these two sects have in common ? They both involve sex .
Just how many bastard babies have been born to these Christian fathers of the night and to what extent do you think these people go through to cover up their bastard children in order to preserve their Christian image?

Many people carry two sides , I think by the time you have read everything on this site , you will have, I am sorry to say , a greatly enhanced view of this family .

I know how promiscuous this man really was as I have spent some private time with one of his part time women and happened to have been friends with another. The things they told me had my hair stand up . I never told either of them about my alleged relationship with him .

Now , for the first time in my live I am revealing the rest of what my mother told me that day .

After she told me my father was Danny Thomas she told me something that scared the insides out of that 14 year old kid . I didn't know if what she had just said was true but through my life I carried that thought in the back of my head and I must say was one of the contributing factors in keeping my distance from him .

When I had read his book I came upon a couple statements , you'll see them following . These words might not mean anything to anyone else but to me they rang a bell . My mother had told me I could never tell anybody , she said Danny had told her if word of my existence ever got out to the public we both would be killed by the Mafia .

Now when you read the statements made by Danny on the following pages you might understand just what I thought when I read those words . To me , when he say's " I never had to use them" , I believe refers to me and my mother as I never came forward .

One of the following pages is a page taken out of my mothers transcript . Here she talks of meeting Danny Thomas and exactly 9 months later I was born .

When I first received the letter from the attorney for Marlo Thomas I knew without a doubt almost the entire letter was fraud . Only some parts about riding horses and where we had lived was true . With this in mind I hired an investigator to locate my adopted father whom I had not seen in over 20 years . After locating him I arraigned to meet him at an airport . I flew directly there , met with him in the lobby and presented the letter to him . I asked for his input . He told me many things I never knew . When I asked him if he would be willing to testify about this in a court of law he agreed . So some of the testimony he gave is following . I can't put every page down as this site would be hundreds of pages .

I am currently in the process of drafting subpoenas for the depositions of Marlo Thomas and Anthony Thomas , both to be called as witness and to answer for their participation in this case of fraud . I hope to serve them in the near future .

All in all over the past 9 years I have spent well over 100K to obtain information for evidentiary purposes . Only some of this evidence has been displayed on this site .The rest will come in time.

On the last couple pages you will find pictures . I apologize for the contrast of the pictures . I will try to clear them up . Take a look and you decide for yourself ! On the last page of this section you can see a composite . I took the two pictures and overlaid them , one on top of the other . On the left is what happens when you put Danny Thomas's picture over mine and on the right is what you get when you put my picture over his. His picture is from the cover of his book which you can see on the following pages , the pictures fit like a glove .
