Ms.Okeefe had been the executrices of this will . Now there can only be one answer to the question. Did Ms.Okeefe lie under oath ?, which the proof clearly shows or was she incompetent . Now if Ms. Okeefe lied under oath , on purpose , and with the intent of committing yet another dishonorable act of slander then UNM's Institute of Nuclear Power Research has misplaced their judgment and trust in a criminal . However , if Ms.Okeefe wishes to claim stupidity and ignorance as to her statement under oath then once again UNM has misplaced their judgment and has entitled an incompetent person with a very serious position in the Nuclear Power division , a topic that involves the current and future lives of America. If criminals and or ignorant people are to run America's future nuclear power plants then as an American I am afraid.
